Application Requirements:
All applicants for our Maine stripper jobs, you must be between the ages of 18 and 32. Present a valid state picture ID at the interview. Have reliable transportation to and from training and to pickup/drop-off locations for work.
All applicants in order to be considered for this job, you must be attractive, have a pleasant smile, be of a proportionate height and weight, be ready to attend weekly training sessions, be dedicated, and be willing to learn. Must you be physically flawless? No, but you must be less than 10 pounds overweight or underweight according to our height/weight scale. Tattoos are acceptable but not on the face, hands or neck and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Scars are on a case-by-case basis as well. Having too many stretch marks or having them in an extremely conspicuous location will disqualify you.
All applicants are required that you are excuse-less and agree to follow the company policies at all times. In today’s world, it is difficult to find people with a strong work ethic. We won’t sit here and tell you that it’s easy. In the past, 70% of applicants have failed or failed to qualify. Those who are able to put to use the professional training we provide will be able to earn money year after year that they have only ever dreamed of earning in the past.
All applicants must be free from any addictions that will interfere with their performance or ability to learn on a regular basis. There is also a section in this training that discusses how to converse with customers and correct them in a professional manner. We build professional dancers all the way around. Addictions will not help you here but hinder your ability to excel. We have no time for applicants who are struggling. Stand up for yourself, clean up your act then apply.

Question… How long do you train before you work?
Answer… You train once per week (Sometimes more) and work every weekend starting from the very first week. You advance weekly in training using what you’ve learned during training at that weekends shows. There is no seniority at PDUSA for stable dancers. You are booked based on performance and evaluation scores. You can move up very quickly in the agency. It all depends on you.
You earn as you learn. There is always something to learn, review or improve. We only train currently working PDUSA dancers. To keep your skills sharp at their highest level you train every week.
If we did only private parties, training would be minimal. It other words it doesn’t take all that much training to build a private party entertainer for most agencies. We decided years ago to train highly skilled entertainers who can work at private parties, nightclub shows and high-end strip clubs equally well.
Question… How many days do we work a week?
Answer… Dancers at PDUSA work 2-3 days per week on the weekends. We double up Fridays and Saturdays as much as possible with private parties. Why weekends? It’s quite simple most people work during the week and recreate on the weekends. PDUSA is the only agency that produces a night club show and is booked every fall and winter since 1998. Meaning our dancers make just as much during the winter months as they do in the summer months. Sometimes even more.
Question… Do you choose when you want to work?
Answer… You are booked each and every weekend 11 months a year. Time off is requested one month ahead. We book in advance taking secondary shows last-minute if time permits. PDUSA has 2 set 2 week holiday periods each and every year. One in December for Christmas and one in April at Tax Time. We advise all dancers to make arrangements and jet away somewhere. You can afford it now by dancing at PDUSA.

Job #2 is our Reputation. Keeping mind of such in an industry like this is hard work and treating this business with respect is paramount. This business seems like a fast buck but if you’re not mindful of quality and entertainment value you have nothing to offer and will fade away quickly.
Question… What happens at the interview?
Answer… PartyDancersUSA asks that you think about what you want before you apply. Nobody is hired over a simple application. A sit down 30 minute interview is required for all applicants. Bring a pictured state ID, have hair and make-up done and dress casual. All applicants train and work every week until they pass their 8 Week Beginners Test. Don’t think “I got an interview, I’m in”. Till the 8 week test all applicants are considered “guests”.
