Road Rash stories. You thought you’d heard em all ?

PartydancersUSA bouncers

After bouncing some 6000 shows over this 25 year career I’ve handed out some and collected some “Road Rash” as well. The potential for “Road Rash” exists but this is the last option unless of course it’s triggered by something outlandish.

Yes, I’ve had some close calls. I was hit in the back while bent over with an clothes iron meant for my head. I’ve been threatened time and time again. Tested once or twice. I’ve had a knife pulled and a gun pointed at me. And of course had to fight one, two and three at a time to protect my precious cargo (all in the early days before the year 2002) that being the dancers who are somebody’s daughter, sister, mother, wife or girlfriend.

Fortunately for us these days people enjoy really good entertainment. I’m guessing because there is so much crap out there pretending to be good entertainment when you actually witness top stuff you appreciate it. Many of our customers return time and time again. In other words no surprise disappointments with PartyDancersUSA Exotic Dancers.

True Road Rash Stories by Sonny at PartyDancersUSA Exotic Dancers

Maine road rashDid you actually think this through ? All fun and games is it ? Bouncing & working with beautiful dancers. It’s got to be fun right ? Not really, not always. Sometimes a bouncer has to literally earn his money the hard way.

And here’s the good news. By implementing  a solid company policy, adding show rules and eliminating problematic dancers definitely helped. Plus supplying professional training some 25 years back this stopped most of the problems.

Learning from tactical mistakes… do not attempt to help, save or book drug addicts and alcoholics (it’s simple, don’t enable them by booking them). Knowing when the guys (and girls) have had enough fun and know when it’s time to pack up and head home.

And lastly by implementing professional company training (dancers and bouncers alike). By at least attempting to build professionals made this business fun again for myself and I know it makes a great product for customers.

I’m always asked about whether things ever get really crazy at work. Yes, there is always the potential for mayhem. But I’m happy to report that it happens very seldom. As someone who takes full responsibility for all the dancers and bouncers working at PartyDancersUSA Exotic Dancers, I never forget it. This isn’t a job you can put on auto pilot. No, not ever.

Always work safely and follow company policies. Keep the safety of customers and their property in mind at all times. Respect everyone equally. If these practices are followed, everything will fall into place. Most of the time, everyone recognizes respect. However, if someone breaks company policies or a customer becomes out of control, our bouncers are the best in the business.
